Rice 1 cup, Chana dal 1/2 cup, Toor dal 1/4 cup, Urad dal 2 tbsp, Curd 1/2 cup, Cabbage grated 1/2 cup, Carrot grated 1/4 cup, Bottle gourd grated 1 cup, Ginger paste 1/2 tsp, Green chili chopped 1, Green coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp, Turmeric 1/4 tsp, Mustard seeds 3/4 tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Sesame seeds 1 tsp, Curry leaves 10-12 , asafoetida 1 pinch, red chili powder 1/4 tsp, fruit salt 1 tsp, oil 4 tbsp, salt as per taste.
Handvo Recipe
To make Gujarati food handvo, first of all clean and wash one rice, chana dal, urad dal and toor dal with water at least two to three times. After this, put all of them in a clean vessel and keep them soaked.

After soaking for about 4 hours, drain the excess water and put them all in a mixer jar. Apart from this, add half a cup of curd to it and blend it to make a smooth and thick paste. After this, put the prepared batter in a big bowl. You can serve it after it cools down.
